Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start Wii Sports Resort
  2. Play game for couple of minutes
  3. Freezing occurs, 0FPS and 120 VPS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Im expecting the game to play flawlessly without freezing however no matter
what kind of options i choose, the game will continue to freeze after a
little while. I have changed the SYSCONF file with a modified one for Wii
Sports Resort, but it still freezes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r5185 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
It's possible that this freezing occurs due to the lack of a 'disable
optimize quantizer' option

Same issue with Wii Music game (fps counter drops to 0 but background music remains
playing). Game freezes after a while with no reason since r4759. Game worked fine
without issues until r4758. For more information, "wii music" problem has been reported
here: Issue 2105

It would be nice if some dev can take a look at this issue please :)

It seems that freezing issues are also affecting TMNT Mutant Nightmare game that worked
fine until r4758. As you can see here: Issue 2123

attempting to use other revisions with the modified SYSCONF file causes Dolphin to
