Description

The "GCPad New" plugin does not detect the X-Axis of the right analog on a
Saitek P880 Dual Analog controller.

Is your "X-Axis of the right analog" a Slider? Handling of Sliders has not been added
in yet because I didn't realize controllers actually use them. :P

I have no idea. The right analog "looks" exactly the same as the left one and it is
detected just fine. Additionally the right analog's Y axis IS detected. It's also
detected as an analog in the old GCPad plugin. The axis is also listed as "Axis 3-"
and "Axis 3+" in the "Configure Control" dialog, but doesn't appear to be working in
the little preview or in a game.

As confirm, sliders don't work so I can't use my right stick properly.

But I have the same issue with the left stick "X-axis", it just does not map
properly. It's weird, half will map but then it'll get stuck and won't allow the
other direction to map. Setting this manually does not work either.

Definetely, something wrong with that axis. Everything else seems to work fine.

If someone with a problematic axis could test this patch which should fix the
slider/axis issues, that would be great. I would like to know it fixes everyone's
issues before I commit it.

You will need to reconfigure ALL axes, they are now named XYZ... rather than numbered.

Hallo everyone,

I know, it's a long time since the last post was written but I have the same issue, maybe someone can help me. I cannot open this link, it leads me nowhere. Does it really work? Why wasn't this fixed it the latest versions of dolphin?
