Mario Galaxy no runs correctly(running towards the screen causes a slowdown to fps in the observatory)

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
The framelimit in 50fps, select the XFB
1. In the observatory walk to the princess
2. caused a slowdown the XFB, same fps but more slow,Mario jump more slow.
3. "The XFB in off", music and effects is more fast than normal,Mario
jumps fine and correctly,the game runs well.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Slowdown only in this zone. Fps and VPS no is fast in this part.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R5256
Windows 7 x64,quad core Q6600 3,2.Nvidia 8800GT,4gb ram

Please provide any additional information below.
The XFB no is the problem, this zone have a bug or a graphics to cause
this problem

In the new revisions the "framelimit in Off" and the "XFB in off",the game runs well
50fps,but the music runs more fast than normal 130vps.
The "framenlimit in 50" runs slow,the fps and vps 50/50 but slow.my region is Pal 50

More tests:
the "framelimit in 50",and the idle skipping IN OFF,the game runs more slow,but in
the observatory the game no have a SLOWDOWN,and the game runs 50fps/50vps.

The JitIL experimental recopmpiler no have this issue...
