What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Run Resident Evil 4 [Wii]
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game does not run, black screen occurs, no CPU/graphics plugin yellow text
appears, says "write error: INVALID ADDRESS:BABE0001".
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RC1, windows 7 x64
Please provide any additional information below.

I confirm this issue was not happening up to r5022. It started to happen since either
5023 or 5024.

the problem seems to be only with the PAL version

I thought it was caused by the changes in r4821 VideoInterface.cpp

Why is not fixed yet??? I was playing with the patch but I got freeze-bug :(

the pal version is playable only with skidau's fifo patch for Eternal Darkness:

I haven't tested the patch supplied in this issue.

the issue got resolved in some of the latest revisions, r6092 boots RE4 normally again.
