Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use D3D9 plugin, Enable EFB Copy to Texture (only change to default
settings.
2.Load New Super Mario Bros Wii
3.Go to Stage 4-3 and die.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should return to world map but the game crashes and a message box
appear instead: Unknown pointer address prefix 43: 0x43AA8DE6

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested with r5264 x64 and r5275 x64.

forgot to mention, using Windows 7 x64.

Try enabling "Safe Texture Cache" ;)
