Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Launch Dolphin R5285 - set D3D9, Render to main window, enabled Safe
texture - normal - 9x SSAA, Stretch to Windows - enabled widescreen hacks.
Enhancements: Enabled 16x AA filter and EFB hacks. Advanced: Enabled EFB
copy to RAM. Rest of them are unchecked.
  2. Launch FFCC (Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles)
  3. Start the new game till the certain time - the error message came up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After you named hometown as Tipa or whatever you named it, next would be
open world, you control the main character, I think. Instead of that, I get
error message: FramebufferManager::Create FAIL: Create Color Texture and
another error message came: FramebufferManager::Create FAIL: Depth Color
Texture, then went black screen of death.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Ultimate, 7600.

Please provide any additional information below.
Intel Quad Core Q9450 - Running at 4.6GHz (2.66GHz default)
8GB DDR800 G.Skills
Nvidia GeForce 9800GTX 512MB Videocard

Furthermore, Skies of Arcadia Legends is now unplayable due to black screen, no
texture on it.

The error appears in intel GPUs and Nvidia GPUs , use OGL plugin to go through the
spots that show the error

I see, OpenGL isn't good in game, but better than nothing. Thank you for response.

This issue should probably be renamed to something referring to the
FramebufferManager error itself, as well as the fact that it affects only NVidia
GPUs. Also, rodolfo should be CCed?

Rev 4980 and before have no problem, but Rev 5021 and later have the problem due to
SSAA option in Direct3D9 plugin.

If you enable SSAA with higher display resolution on specific games, the error
message like "FramebufferManager::Create FAIL:Create Color Texture" or
"FramebufferManager::Create FAIL:Depth Color Texture" may appear.

I can play JP PSO series with 2.25x SSAA enabled at height=480 without width stretch,
but the error message appears when I set 4x SSAA or above at 640x480, and 2.25x SSAA
at height=480 with width stretch. Only 2.25x SSAA at 640x480 is playable with my
Opteron 154 & ATI X850XT 256MB(unofficial legacy catalyst 10.2) in Windows 2000 sp4.

Only specific games have the issue. And other games like JP Homeland are not affected
by the issue.
