[Mario Party 7] Cannot see Minigame preview video in game lobby using D3D plugin

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Get ingame and enter the intruction screen for the 1st minigame.
- Notice where the video should be playing there's just a texture.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game clips should be playing in the lobby
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2585. Win 7.
Please provide any additional information below.
The Opengl plugin displays fine. I've tried every single fb option I could
and nothing gets it to display with D3D plugin.

Yep I have the same, I would say every one dose... with DX9 I also get a glitch when
exiting a game back to main menu where the pic's on the option board are gone....
runs good though and can live with it till more is implemented into the DX9 plugin.

All fixed as of r6631 (thanks to all the "clearing" fixes).

Maybe broken between r6631 and r6668, so as a general note: Fixed for sure after r6668.
