Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Play RE4 and when you get to the cabin in the village when you enter
the cabin which starts the chainsaw dude cutscene.
  2. or when you get to salazar's castle. the lighting in here also makes
    the cutscenes blotchy.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Lighting to effect the scene properly like all other lit areas. the
picture should remain sharp with any lighting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin x64 r5310. Windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Before the new lighting changes back in 3404. the the scenes that are
blotchy now were lit incorrectly but sharp! when i say lit incorrectly i
mean the brightness was up WAYYYYY to high. contrast too low. so the
resulting picture was like a thick complete fog.

thanks for your quick response. :) the emulator runs awsome!! but like i said
certain areas with different lighting for some reason adds lots of blur or splotches
the picture a bit. i'm making the re4 hd cutscenes so i'd like for them all to be
sharp.

anyway like you requested

the first one also has another wierd thing on the bottom. but when compared to most
other scenes the picture blurs.
the second one is a good example of blur and splotching. i think before i used to
encounter the same thing with the salazar cutscenes at the castle.
