Please be more specific. What specific revision of the Mii wad is this occurring on?
I've previously tested...
Mii v2,v3,v4,v6
...so this may be questionable, unless you've found a Mii v1, v5, or v7; or this is
only occurring in recent revisions.
Alternately it might be related to a more complex issue than my cursory testing would
have discovered. In that case we'll probably need more details regarding the specific
actions that led to the crashing/Mii corruption. It may also be possible that
something flubbed your Mii file outside the Mii software. Have you been using any
specific games related to this?

Also, have you recently transitioned between versions?
Depending on you're procedure for updating things, it's possible that something
didn't get transferred between versions appropriately. If you can provide the
specific error message related to "sysconf" it might provide some clarity there.

The rev was 5404 but I've not tested other revs and I didn't used mii channel from many
time, but in rev 5397 about, my mii was deleted, in MK wii, Wii sport resort, wii
sport, all games... I'm using the wad file of mii channel v6, All wii files in user
folder are the default of the emulator, and still it crash everytime I boot mii
channel!! Does it have special settings?

It works fine to me, Mii channel v6, r5413, win 7-x64.
Maybe some of your mii data is corrupted, so it makes Dolphin crash!!
Try to delete in ...\User\Wii\title\00010002 the 48414341 folder. Mii channel will
create new files.

I deleted all my saves, cleaned all and nothing it didn't start, it crash with a
problem related with runtime, and nothing! I'm using v6, with r5419 and nothing! I
tried to replace sysconf in shared 2/sys and it worked for a bit of time than crashed,
and no longer started!
