runtimes if the above links do not fix the problem

All of that is already installed...and reinstalled, like a thousand of times!!! Did
not fix my problem, that's why i post the issue

from your screenshot i can tell that vc++2008 x64 redist is not installed, only x86

any clue people???? some librarie who may cause conflict? SOme app? other things
besides the classics???? Thanks

Actions #11

Updated by Anonymous about 14 years ago

Do you have an antivirus running? You could try killing all unneeded processes from task manager before trying
to run dolphin x64...really doubt that is the problem though...

Actions #12

Updated by achaw.ar about 14 years ago

Yes im using avira. Kill all process and nohing, the same problem. I think there i
someting with "enlaced libraries" that use the plugin...pearhaps som system files are
broken on my system. Wich libraries use the plugins???

Actions #13

Updated by achaw.ar about 14 years ago

Wait! I remember something...a tome ago install "xbox 360 controller emulator" who
replace this system libs: dinput8.dll xinpunt1_3.dll xinput9_1.0.dll, maybe that
broke x64 version.
But, i think that are DX libraries...when i update dx, should not be restored the
original dll???

PD: Sorry my english

Actions #14

Updated by luisr142004 about 14 years ago

the directx updater doesn't restore them, but the redist packages do (the below)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=0cef8180-e94a-4f56-b157-5ab8109cb4f5

Actions #15

Yep, already try that before with no luck. Anywhere, try again and guess what... NO
LUCK AGAIN. jejeje :(

Actions #16

Updated by achaw.ar about 14 years ago

Well...still in the same. An user (II think is luisr142004 --> Thanks! ) gave me a
compiled version with debug support, but gave me some problem with msvcp100d.dll
librarie, so, i cant make it work. Im still stucked in the issue, and no clue still...

Thanks

Actions #17

Updated by BhaaL about 14 years ago

msvcp100d.dll is part of the latest C++ runtimes (part of Visual Studio 2010).
...another reason why people should stick to VS2008 for now.

Actions #18

Updated by achaw.ar about 14 years ago

Hey...some crappy news :)
Remove all Redist version (like six installed), and make again a clean instalation of
REdist and dolphin, and yet...no luck

Actions #19

Updated by lpfaint99 about 14 years ago

are there any other indications that windows itself might be damaged?
run sfc /scannow from an elevated cmd to check system file integrity

consider doing clean install of windows, vc++2008redist, and directx runtimes feb2010

Actions #20

Updated by achaw.ar about 14 years ago

Reinstall windows is not an option for me. There is no other indications the system
works like charm, excepts for dolphin. I try doing clean installation of redist and
directx but doesnt work, i will try with sfc ...but no clue

Actions #22

Updated by achaw.ar about 14 years ago

function in a delay-load dependent module.

sdl.dll
wiiuse.dll
ieshims.dll

  1. Error: Modules with different CPU types were found. ----->
    c:/windows/system32/dinput8.dll (x86) and c:/windows/system32/xinput1_3.dll (x86) (I
    thinks
    here is the problem, rigth)

  2. Ok, should i donwload sdl? wiiuse.dll is part of something? ¿¿¿ieshims.dll¡?¡?¡?

  3. Why this two files are x86? i reinstall dx like thousand of times...

Questions! Sould i replace dinput8.dll and xinput1_3.dll with 64 bit versions???
If i do this, 32 bit apps will work still???

The capture:

Thanks alot!!

Actions #24

Updated by lpfaint99 about 14 years ago

ieshims.dll is missing on both of my systems dont worry about that one, wiiuse.dll
and sdl.dll should be in the dolphin root folder

the dinput and xinput are very likely most of the problem
system32 on x64 systems should be for 64bit dlls and syswow64 should be for 32bit dlls

Actions #25

Updated by achaw.ar about 14 years ago

Thanks, sdl.dll and wiiuse.dll in fact, exists on root folder.
But, reinstall Directx and get the same error-...why? Can i download those single dll
in 64 bits in somewhere?

thanks

Actions #26

Updated by Anonymous about 14 years ago

please run dxdiag (from start -> run)
Click Save All Information, then switch it to x64 and save that to file as well.
then upload the files to some online service, like http://drop.io/

Actions #28

Updated by Anonymous about 14 years ago

bleh that's annoying...doesn't even print out installed dx9 version :/

Actions #29

Updated by achaw.ar about 14 years ago

DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Dx9? i don't now...i've install 9.0c a time ago...

Actions #30

Updated by achaw.ar about 14 years ago

MMM...maybe when i replace yhose files using "xbox 360 controller emulator" change the
original files with 32 bits version...and don't make backup...bad for me.
Anyway, hoy can i restore 64 bits version of these 2 particular files if Dx
installation dont do it.
Should i download from somewhere, anyone of you can provide me a copy of these files,
from your system directory?

Thanks

Actions #31

Updated by Billiard26 about 14 years ago

Try deleting those files and running the DX updater?

Actions #32

Updated by achaw.ar about 14 years ago

Thanks. Try that (remove 2 files )and Dxupdater create xinput1_3.dll perfectly, but
not dinput8.dll...this file really depend of DX??? Thanks

Error: Modules with different CPU types were found. ---> dinput8.dll
I'm so close.... :D

Just copy dinput.dll to dinput8.dll, and no more error.
Copy sdl.dll and wiiuse.dll to plugins directory, and no more errors abut those files.

But still giveme error with ieshims.dll, and plugins still not work

Thanks

Ok, reinstall with dx updater c:/windows/system32/xinput1_3.dll
c:/windows/system32/xinput1_2.dll c:/windows/system32/xinput1_1.dll and my pal luis
pass me dinput8.dll but nothing works, dependencies are solved, but plugins don't
show yet...thanks
