What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.We change the language of the wii system ti French.
2.Enable the CPU->EFB access.
3.Get past the begin game screen.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
At the character screen the FPS is at 0
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN 5435 x64
Please provide any additional information below.
Disabling the CPU->EFB access returns the FPS to 100%

- Status changed from New to Invalid
CPU->EFB access is more accurate and therefore slower. Think of it as a speed hack.
