closedciso file support

Description
What is a ciso file?
Much like Dolphin's gcz compressed files, ciso files are isos with all the
junk data removed. I compared the sizes of 2 wii games in gcz and ciso, and
apparenly, ciso is smaller.
Super Paper Mario gcz - 526 306 KB
Super Paper Mario ciso - 434 208 KB
New Super mario Bros. Wii gcz - 571 502 KB
New Super mario Bros. Wii ciso - 366 624 KB
Also, USB loaders can rip games directly in ciso format, so you won't have
to dump the whole iso and then compress it. Here is a program that can
convert your isos to cisos, for the devs to figure out how to add support:

Uh,it seems ciso isn't the only file type used by USB loaders, Usbloader GX dumps
games as .wbfs. Anyway there shouldn't be much difference between them

not sure that the smaller size is too important
but the rip time is sure nice
wiisports resort ~2 hours over wifi
about 10 minutes to the usbdrive and to computer
wbfs has been rejected in the past, so leaving as new for others to decide
i did notice that the backup manager allows creating a regular iso file

Attached is a patch file for cios file support, as applied to the stable branch(latest svn is running a bit slow for me). Feel free to port it to the latest svn.

Seems nice, will be looking over this soon.

Why isn't this added to the latest builds by default? I don't have the ability to recompile this on my laptop.
