Super Mario Sunshine freezes randomly

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Play Super Mario Sunshine
- After some time playing, game freezes
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game just randomly freezes, only music continues playing. FPS: 0, VPS: 60(full) Speed: 100%.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
I found out that R4830 causes the problem. All versions before that worked nicely.
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
32-bit.
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows Vista 32-bit.
Please provide any additional information below.

IcemanSR's old FIFO crash patch prevents Super Mario Sunshine from freezing.

Consider reviewing this patch and committing it to the project. :)

No point committing a hacky workaround that is technically reverting problematic code to an earlier version. Skid will hopefully be committing much better fifo fixes soon that should not only solve these issues, but allow Eternal Darkness and Starfox Adventures to boot and go ingame.

I think it could be worth committing if you could make it a toggable option.
But if Skid can provide an improved FIFO fix, then that's even better.

no i do not agree with commiting that patch.
some games will loose its functionality like ssx3,i wasnt able to make correct break points to make both to work,either works one or another not both :-/,will look later when i have more time
