Description

The DirectX function CopyEFBToRenderTarget in TextureCache.cpp is nowhere
near as complete as the GL version ( CopyRenderTargetToTexture .) This
affects games like Super Smash Brothers Melee and Luigi's Mansion, causing
massive slowdowns.

Woops, I can't be the owner of this since I can't use DX in Linux ;p

yeah, the DX is old and ector someday will basically recode it.

An important issue. DX9 makes Luigi's Mansion look very pixelated and very very slow.
