What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play mario galaxy 1
2. Play mario galaxy 2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The music shouldn't cut off while you are playing, instead, after 3 or 4 minutes of playing, the bgmusic cut's off, but all other sounds like special effects, voices and all that kind off stuff still play.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Dolphin r5703 and earlier versions.

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64 bit edition, and i think 32 bit edition too

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows 7 x64, with dx9,11 plugins, and hle and hll audio.

Most of these sound issues are already know, there has already been several issues on this already, this is actually a duplicate of a duplicate of a duplicate etc.. There is no known fix as of currently, and this has been an issue for about a year now. Consider it a miracle that sound is even as good as it currently is, there is little to no documentation on the DSP hardware, most of the documentation that exists is improper and very little documentation on the DSP hardware exists. Most of the work on DSP emulation has been accomplished through a lot of reverse engineering and trial and error. With the efforts of the Dolphin team, they actually uncovered things that were wrong in Gamecube documentations such as YAGD and corrected it.

LLE aims to solve most if not all of the issues with the HLE plugin, and once LLE JIT is properly implemented, performance will hopefully be as good as with HLE.
