What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open up the wiimote configuration.
  2. Try to assign the D-PAD with any action

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens, the action will stay with the previous assigned button.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

What type of input is your D-Pad shown as in the Windows gamepad status dialog thing? Button/Axis/Hat?

when I press them the hat is activated
