[Fzero] Game crashes on 3rd mission in Story mode

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Enter the 3 track in Story Mode
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game will freeze a couple seconds after starting the race.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Unsure - Story Mode just recently became playable.
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64bit.
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Win7.
Please provide any additional information below.

Nope, not a vsync issue I just found. I confirmed it still stutters, then freezes then crashes Dophin, with it OFF as well. Also, confirmed it has nothing to do with the changes in r5841. Looks like it just something else that may or may not have been there in the past. None the less it is a game blocker.
Here's my gamecube memory card with Story - Level 3 to play. Again, it usually crashes immediatley after start but I have been able to do a couple laps once or twice before the freeze.
