Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select open GL plugin
2.Play MP3
3.Enable EFB to RAM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Picture should be normal, instead we see a big square with some corruption (well it's metroid prime corruption but I don't think it's about that :p)
A quarter of the upper left picture is wrong. image is darkened and a bit more blurry. Sometimes the textures flash inside that portion (when loaded/displayed). See screenshot for flashing textures.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Appeared somewhere around 5900, probably in the same time as the issue 2941

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64 bit

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Win 7

Please provide any additional information below.
This problem was present before but disappeared after a few seconds, generally in the minute max (not sure about the flasshing textures tho).
It doesn't happen with DX plugin, and only happens with EFB to RAM (required to be able to scan objects)
As I could see textures, I tried to toggle safe texture cash options, no effect.

It looks ok now, I still could saw the black square briefly flicker some times but it doesn't stay as it used to do.

Actually the problem is still there, it's just that I had tested in a part where it doesn't happen much.
