- Attempt to launch the NTSC version of Mario Golf
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game never launches and remains at a black screen attempting to load the game.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
All versions exhibit this behavior.

The PAL version apparantly can boot but resets upon trying to enter gameplay.
