When using 'Wii Save Import', Dolphin does not see .bin files unless you select all files first (BIN files work!)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Obtain a .bin save game and open dolphin
- Select wii save game import
- Try to find the .bin you just downloaded under 'Wii Save Games' settings, you wont.
- Switch to all files, select the file, and import
- Import works fine
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
.BIN files are not visible as Wii save games but are proper
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

right now the default is to only display files named data.bin
change the filetype to all files or just type the name in
