Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Enable Use PAL 60Hz in the Config (Default = enabled)
- Start one of these PAL Games: Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Muramasa The Demon Blade or Tatsunoko vs Capcom (other games might have the same problem, I only tested it with these 3 games)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The games should be running at 60Hz, but they are all locked at 50Hz no matter if I enable or disable the 60Hz mode in the option or the progressive scan option in the Wii config tab.
Dolphin version with the problem?
Dolphin SVN 6099
Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
All versions (around 7-8) I tested have the same problem.
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64-Bit Version
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Well, I also have some PAL games here and the EuRGB60 (PAL60) seems to be working fine here... All PAL games running at 60FPS just fine. Maybe it's directly related to those games... I'm currently using r6063... Also it's important to make it very clear that this option (EuRGB60) only applies to WII games... NGC games you must hold B while starting the game and set progressive scan ON in order to run PAL games at 60FPS....

Yeah some games are working fine with the 60Hz option: I tested the pal version of The Sky Crawlers myself. But the games mentioned in the first post are all locked at 50Hz no matter what option I set.

BTW there is a thread in the official dolphin forums about this issue: there are several people, who have the same probs:

(pokerfach) This option was working perfect, just don't use saved games, create a new game and select 60hz option. With the patch of rev6297 the games are forced to run at 60hz but they are in PAL(50hz) the result is +10% fastest games. (Try SSBB PAL). Some games can't run at 60hz because wii menu is not accessible and you cant change this option.

That's the real problem so i think the devs need to emulate/add the wii menu option.
