Judging by the previous issue ( issue 2970 ), it looks like something might've been broken in the last 3~4 weeks, but besides that, there's NO valuable info posted in this issue... Can't you at least fill the form?
Have you tried every video plugin, as well as the XFB options? Can you try the previous revisions to see when this issue appeared?

I also tested Rabbids go Home so I'll explain problem.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Run RGH
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can't play videos as it should be on real wii.
Please provide any additional information below.

Videos playing bad, but it depends on configs:
DX9 or DX10 Video quality not-so-high, it shows high FPS on my system but really video is so slooow, like it playing at 1-3 fps. (first picture)
OpenGL shows triple-interlaced video, shows high fps, but playing a bit faster than on DX9 or DX10, like at 5-15 fps.(second picture)
!!!Also I noticed that if I save state durring video(shows cleared code chache, state saved), fps slightly drops, but video shows good, like at 60 fps, but not for long, for 1-3 seconds. After that it slow again, but if I save state again, it again shows video good for 1-3 sec.
Tried R6113 and ~50-70 revisions before. Win7U x64.
