Description
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, name-tags come up as gray boxes.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem? SVN R 6137, all previous builds did not have this problem
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters? 64-bit
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used? Windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.
This is not by any means a bad build, as it runs games much smoother, MUCH smoother than the previous builds. Normally, I would occasionally get 20FPS drops in the Subspace, but it stays at a smooth 60FPS now.

I have occasionally seen the gray boxes in most all svn builds.
I doubt r6137 caused these issues and gave you triple the fps.
It simply reverted parts of a different commit.

Hence why it's important to state whether it broke in r6137 (exactly) or whether it broke somewhere between rXXXX and R6137 :P
Have you tried using Safe Texture Cache (Safest)? I think that fixes it...

I have changed the Safe Texture Cache from "Fast" to "Safe" and it does fix the issue in this build, but it also sacrifices 11% of speed.

problem solved via stc => invalid.
