What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Run game
  2. Observe

What is the expected output?
Proper Graphics

What do you see instead?
Numerous glitches

Dolphin version with the problem?
All I've tried (most since r6137 to r6167) except r6147

Other Dolphin version without the problem?
r6147 is near flawless, no graphical issues from my experiences

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
Win7 x64

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure when exactly it reverted to being broken after r6147, but it definitely works fine in that revision

Working great on my 6200 OpenGL/OpenCL build (Linux, NVidia graphics)...

It might be a directx issue, I think.

yea, forgot to mention that it's mostly with dx9 plugin, it's better on the dx11 plugin by far, but there are different errors. player models (eg ryu) are a bit messed up during fights..and well..dx11 is also slower.
my question is why does it work 100% perfect using dx9 on r6147..but seems broken on all other's i've tried? what went wrong?
