Compressing Multiple ISOs sometimes result in crashes

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Compressing 2 or more ISOs at once (by selecting multiple isos by holding down shift and then right click>compress iso)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Crashes randomly once one of the iso finishes compressing and the next starts
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
svn 61xx - 6168 have all exhibited this problem.
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64bit
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

i cannot reproduce this issue
please confirm that you have write access to the source file as well as the save location

I have complete write/read access to the folder and file. It only happens sometimes when I try to compress multiple ISOs at the same time. It never happens when I just compress 1 at a time.

Does it ever happen when deleting multiple files?

Can you, please?
I never experience any crashing, so it is difficult to debug/fix.
If you can compile. Try the attached patch.
See if it fixes the crashing.
