What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run game(Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity) with FPS limiting/Audio Throttle
2.Play some time(nearly half of "World Grand Prix")
Description:
After some time playing BGM and effects mixes with creepy sounds.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Bug heared :) in 2.0 and r6110 versions of Dolphin
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
x86
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows XP Professional SP3, DirectX 9.0c lastest.
Please provide any additional information below.
This bug not appeared in other games.

How does it fare on current svn and with dsp lle?

Have frame-limiting. I played some time with XAudio2 enabled instead of DSound, and sound is fine.

Problem still happens with version 3.5-367
With DSP LLE things seems normal (I dont have the dump but a friend of mine said it is OK with LLE to him)... but with HLE it doesn't matter if it is DSound, XAudio2 or OpenAL... with all Backends I have the problem.

Just to update...
Tried with Dolphin version 3.5-562 (last entry in the site right now)... problem still happens but less often. And now it seems that some in-game sounds correct the issue sometimes too.

Other games with the same bug are fixed in new-ax-hle, closing as fixed. If by any chance this bug is not fixed, please comment on this bug.
