hello i found the code that solve loading screen freeze
it is a problem in IPC_HLE/WII_IPC_HLE_Device_FileIO.cpp
and the corrected one i attatche it
since i am not a committer and didn't succed on compiling it
i decided post this issue to let current committer integrate this

The .aar extension check is a bit of a hack. Would you please test this patch?

sorry i can't compile because my development environment miss some header source
i posted this issue to allow current community to include it
as for IPC_FILEIO.patch i checked it .
i think it going to work.
if you enclude it in next realise i will test and report
and thanks for all your hard work

Could someone tell me Exactly WHERE do i place these 2 folders after ive downloaded them?

This issue was closed more than two years ago because it has been integrated into the build.
