What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start Fire Emblem 10 USA.
  2. When the game asks "Create a new file?", choose "yes"
    3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game file is supposed to be created, but the game prompts "Game file cannot
be created".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1283.
Vista/XP 32bit/64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
The save file FE10_US.dat created in directory
\User\Wii\title\00010000\52464545\data has size 0 bytes.
