Could not read .\user\config\SYSCONF

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- start DolphinWx.exe
- Open ( I used Zelda the Windwaker ) and the error pops up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin SVN R1299 (Windows Vista x32 official- Dual core- Nvidia 9800 GTX+)
Please provide any additional information below.

I also noticed this panic error pops up when you press the config button.
Could not read .\user\config\SYSCONF. Please recover the SYSCONF file to that location.
This is what it says it might be the fix?

i found out how to fix it.
The SYSCONF file is located in .\user\wii\shared2\sys copy the file to .\user\config
and the error is gone.

if you would have had a totally up to date version of dolphin and the user and wii
dirs, there would have been no issue.

Make sure you have a valid SYSCONF file in User/Wii/shared2/sys, the other one is ignored for two years already.
In case you are on OSX, try r6661 or later.
If it still persists, open a new issue rather than hijacking this old/closed one - include your dolphin.log (or relevant parts of it) when you have/choose to do so.
