Go to the forums to figure out things - this is obviously only a problem you have with your setup and has nothing to do with the emulator. This place is for valid issues.

Hi,

My graphics card supports OpenGL standards as required by the minimum system requirements.

Default settings are selected and OpenGL in Windows and Linux do not work. This is a bug. Thats why I came here - the Dolphin Forums seem to be composed of 99% windows users - so it will not help my cause.

http://forums.dolphin-emu.com/thread-12860.html

They're obviously extremely helpful.
