Resident Evil Remake Wii aspect ratio is all wrong

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start Resident Evil Remake Wii
- Pass the Wiimote warning screen
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want my picture stretched to the screen fully.
With the Auto aspect option on there is a huge black frame around the actual picture: http://b.imagehost.org/view/0418/Auto
With the Stretch to Window option on picture is stretched vertically but not horizontally: http://b.imagehost.org/view/0397/Stretch
Other possible aspect ratio options are not helpful as well.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Dolphin 6361 have this problem. There is no such problem in 4727.
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
32-bit.
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows XP SP3.
Please provide any additional information below.
On 6361 that issue occurs only with Resident Evil Remake Wii aka Resident Evil Archives. Resident Evil Remake GC works fine.

In the main config options, go to the Wii tab and change the aspect ratio there. After restarting Dolphin, it should act as you expect.

Tip: If you're playing a Wii game, leave the Aspect Ratio on the Graphics Plugin tab as AUTO and set the aspect ratio according to your monitor's aspect ratio on the Wii tab of the dolphin Configuration, and only change the Aspect Ratio on the Graphics Plugin tab if you want to play a GC game in widescreen (Which will also need to have "Widescreen Hack" enabled).
