What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.booting CoD black ops
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be able to play, instead, it boots fine, wii warnings screen, activision 2010 screen, then it freezes before loading further

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem? no

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
32bit, but like i said this isn't a real dolphin "issue"

Please provide any additional information below.
i had this same problem on my wii, and i fixed it through cIOS patching and updating. so i'm sure it's not dolphin's fault, so i wanted to know if you could choose or install IOSs or configure the booting of a game to make it work...
