DX9 and DX11 plugins cause game freeze after r6451 and r6452 changes in Tales of Symphonia.

What's the problem?
In a specific part of Tales of Symphonia (gc) the game freezes when using DX9 and DX11 plugins after r6451 and r6452 changes.The save is below
http://www.mediafire.com/?iyv8b428bz1qexc, just load the second file of "Slot a", go through the upper door, walk a bit and a cutscene starts, by the end of it i am getting a game freeze with both dx9 and dx11 plugins.

All the newest revs after r6452.

R6450 doesn't have the issue.

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Compressed gamecube iso(.gcz).
Please provide any additional information below.
The opengl plugin when using newer revs doesn't freeze in that part. Windows 7 x64 turn off aero for the program when this happens, and fall back to windows basic.
I have a 9600gt and use 260.63 nvidia drivers.
