Some games are locked wrongly to 25 fps instead of 30

Hi all, some games like epic mickey, DBZ BT3, and others that should be limited to 30 fps are instead limited to 25 fps, this issue occour when "audio throttle" is enabled, this options should limit every games correctly, but enabling this Those games are limited to 25 fps, and those 5 fps are very very annoying and they're are very noticeable!
I'm using r6473 x64, I enabled PAL60 mode, vsync and with frame limiter off, I would be able to play games at 30 fps with sound effects too, disabling all type of limiters in epic mickey for example I've about 39-40 fps and more and in other games too!! So make audio throttle limiting games correctly!

Those games are designed to run at 25FPS.
Like 5 Peopole on the forum already explained it !

Oh yeess I understand it!! But that 25 fps are not like 30 fps ok? those 5 fps make them feel! I enabled pal60 so it's not 50 fps and the half 25 ok? it's 60 and the half 30! HAve you understand? just beacuse of pla60, vsync and audio throttle that gams should run at 30 fps, and it's not only epic mickey but also dbzbt3 and other games that now I don't remember! All those games run at 30 fps, and be sure that, at those fps, from 25 to 30 fps there's a huge difference!

Try with/without Audio Throttle and use Frame Limiting to get the speed you desire, if you don't like what you get with your current settings.

Guys my pc can easily run this game at 40-50 fps, the problem is that if I want to play it with right sound effect and 30 fps it's impossible!

With 25 fps the emulator indicates that it is running at 100% or not? If yes then it should be the maximal original speed of the game.
