Description

What's the problem?
During disc decompression Dolphin fails to provide notice if operations fail due to running out of disk space, a partially written file is also left behind.

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): r6495
(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem:

Operating system and version: Windows 7 x64
32-bit or 64-bit: 64-bit, but should apply to 32-bit

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Compressed

Please provide any additional information below.

The combination of these concerns may result in damaged images due to users failing to notice the undersized images produced. Though the issue is likely most relevant to decompression operations, lack of out of disk space notices may apply elsewhere as well (i.e. screenshots, save states, etc.)

heh, funny, I just had the exact same issue. In the end I had a 2.6GB scrubbed image of Sonic Colors where it should be 3.9GB ^

I've been compressing/decompressing game images for years after this issue was posted, never had a problem. I don't think it's Dolphin's problem if you have no disc space to complete the operation.
