What's the problem? Configuration doesn't save for any game when editing or view the game's config under "Game Properties"

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): The only one i checked was build R 6654.

none
Build command-line (not on Windows):

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?

Please provide any additional information below.
I hope for a fix. I can't change anything and it just reads for any game.

"Couldn't Create /Users/(user's name)/Library/Application Support/Dolphin/GameConfig/GZ3E70" or

"Couldn't Create /Users/(user's name)/Library/Application Support/Dolphin/GameConfig/RNEJDA"

I put "(user's name)" because I didn't want to show my name but the point being that it doesn't work. I hope this gets fixed.
