Description
What's the problem?
In tthe opening video the rays of light either do not appear at all ot they appear only for a second and then disappear.
Dolphin version with the problem:
r6676
Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
n/a, but it worked fine before
Operating system and version:
Win7 x64, ATI HD5850
Please provide any additional information below.
Used the DX9 plugin with EFB copy to texture (copy to ram seems broken, the graphics look kind of low res and pixelated)

Native Mipmaps is working for me. The rays of light are showing in the intro of ZTP USA Wii version using r6676 x64.

well that's strange. I have the Wii PAL version and definitely there is a problem. I've just tested r6553 x64 and there everything is fine using the same settings as in r6676 x64. Would you like me to provide some screenshots to prove this? Or you might want to check the difference between those 2 revisions yourself.
