Description
What's the problem?
I'll do my best to explain it all. Starting a new game of AC, you talk to that weird cat thing. He gets you to punch in your name, i can only use half the amount of space i have for text. So it will only allow me to write halfway than it tells me that i ran out of space to type. Same thing with the town naming. I was going to test this on my GC with AC, but my sister borrowed it so no dice.

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Iso compressed and Dl from internet
Please provide any additional information below.

Dump the ISO by yourself, else we can't help

Not an issue at all, the game always limited you to 8 characters for names, it is just the characters have variable lengths so it may not take up the full length of a line.
