Description

Not really an issue.
But as I can't commit, I'd like to give my little contribution to Dolphin.
So, here is the French translation of Dolphin. Ìt is completed at 70%, most of the GUI is translated
It may need to be fixed (for example, strings may not fit in the text area).
So feel free to do it.

Thank you you were faster than me.
I am not able to edit with Poedit, also our accent (é, è, ê, à etc) are not working.
Sounds to be an error with unicode.

Also there are some errors in your po file. Please make sure you are editing with poedit. I have attached the error output with the line numbers for correction.
