Muramasa Crash after freeze in Kisuke's third ending on r6890

What's the problem?
Muramasa (ntsc) always makes the emulator crash after freezing on Kisuke's third ending (the one you get after equiping the Oboro blade)

All of the versions I have tried have the same issue.
Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit: Only tried on 32-bit
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Tried with a plain dump and then with a compressed one, the issue was the same on both
Please provide any additional information below.
It has happened on all the revisions of Dolphin that I have tried and only happens on that exact ending, here's a saved game on that bossfight for easy access to that (the one that has 108 swords in Kisuke's story)

Tried reproducing the error in Dolphin 7024 and it doesn't happen anymore, fixed.
