What's the problem?
The games 'Luigi' Mansion "works fine except that there some problem with the FPS in some dirty house FPS falls between 15 and 20, and other times the game runs perfectly all depends on where you are.
Dolphin version 6894 x64
Operating system and version:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
Game ID is GLMP01
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed? Plain Dump

I just tested the game for the first time in some time and its performing much slower in general to how it used to. It was one of the first game i could play at totally full speed on linux but now I get about 20 fps.

If my window smaller dolphin and I improved framerate but its still remains low

The first time i played it ran smoothly then the next day it had 10 - 20 fps

Figure out what's wrong with your computer so that doesn't happen anymore.
