What's the problem?(rare Issue)
Change the Display of the emulator in spanish.
I have 4 FPS more in the display in english.
Same settings.
Dolphin version with the problem:
R6898

No tested in other lenguages.
In same settings in engish is more fast.SMG is the best game to test the FPS.

I dont think so, dolphin some times is +/- 4 fps when you execute this. This has random speed. I test the observatory all time and have differents speed +- 4fps
