Description

Whenever I open Dolphin, it says "Failed to load plugin
Plugins/libPlugin_Wiimote.so." It doesn't matter if I ignore this error, it
stops me from playing any gamecube game (I don't have any wii games to
test). I even tried to select the plugin from the "Config", but I only see
a tiny blank square of about 8 x 8 pixels.

This has happened since this plugin got implemented into Dolphin. I'm using
Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex 32-bit.

ye the problem is there. my guess is that wiiuse.so isn't there (if linux uses wiiuse)

Oh yeah! I forgot to add that I didn't compile it from source (I don't know how to do
it, and would like to do it), so I ended up using builds from this site:
http://www.cs.huji.ac.il/~elylevy/dolphin/, which are pretty up to date but have the
problem.

ye ive been talking to nakee
mind doing something for us?
go to the Plugins folder in a terminal and do ldd on the Wiimote plugin and get the
info in a file
example:
ldd LibWiimote.so >> test.txt
give us the txt

the thing is that the wiimote plugin can be build on 2 ways. and depending on how it
got build & how the pc is config'd of the user who downloaded the dolphin you get an
error

long story short, we have a bug if we wanna get the linux version online and able to
be ran on every pc :)

we have a wiki explaining how to build dolphin in linux so have fun :P
