What's the problem?
Panning with WASD doesn't work, mouse rotation still works

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?

Tried every keyboard button and cleared binds
Also tried to follow Issue 2882 on how to fix, didn't work

I guess the "Free Look" control keys have changed at some point, requiring you to hold the SHIFT key before pressing WASD (to "shift" the camera position), R (for resetting the camera position), or 9-0 (for slowing down or speeding up the camera movements).
A tooltip for the "Free Look" option, explaining the controls as I did above, should be re-added. This should be the issue.
