closedRock Band 3 refusing to save data

Description
What's the problem?
Boot up Rock Band 3, and a message appears:
"There is not enough available space in the Wii System Memory.
Either move the data to an SD Card or delete data in the Wii console's Data Management screen."
Now I do have the SD card enabled in the Wii tab of the setup dialog but it makes no difference as far as this goes.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):
r7039
Operating system and version: Windows XP x86 Service Pack 3
32-bit or 64-bit: x86
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
SZBE69 Rock Band 3 (NTSC USA)
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Plain dump
Please provide any additional information below.
I sure as hell don't have this problem with any other Wii games that I have. Not even Guitar Hero Van Halen.

Rock Band 2 saves data successfully, so RB3 seems to be the only game with this problem that I've seen.

Probably not relevant, but this also occurs on the x64 build (using r7128).

I don't know if that's the whole problem. I fired up RB3 before trying RB2 and RB3 refused while RB2 was fine. Is this only happening for Wii titles released after a certain date?

Rock Band 3 saves normaly using r7511 and up. This issue can be closed now.
