Description

What's the problem ?
Normaly when you start dolphin for the first time,
the "Sample Rate" option should be set to 48,000 Hz (standard)
(or at least 32,000 Hz). Since r6922 it´s standard setting
is "empty". You can still start games, I think it´s
internally set to 48Hz or 32Hz. When you click on
the option you can still choose 32Hz or 48Hz,
so the option is working.

Dolphin version with the problem ?
I tracked down r6922 as the cause of the issue.
(r6921 does not have the issue but r6923 has)
(Also r6923 could possibly be the cause but I don´t think so.)

Operating system and version ?
Windows Vista x64

Please provide any additional information below:
I hope you understand what I mean.
(Maybe this change isn´t an issue and has a reason ?)

Now I´m sure, because changing the language affects this issue.
