The earliest revision that I can find that exhibits this crash is R7150.
Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
R7128 is the latest one that I can confirm does not crash here.

I attached a video of the crash occurring on R7190. I didn't take the effort to show the exact same crash occurring on R7150.
