OH MY GOD I HIT THE FUCKING ENTER KEY WHILE TYPING IN THE TITLE
What's the problem?
Try to resize the game window in the DX9 backend. I always get at least one "Invalid call" dialog box, then the rendering is all fucked. (Screenshot to follow)
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):
r7198
(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
r7192 (I suspect r7194 or r7195 is responsible for this)
Operating system and version: WinXP Pro
32-bit or 64-bit: x86
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
I tried primarily on Super Smash Bros. Melee (GALE01) but I suspect any game.
Build command-line (not on Windows): msbuild :D
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?

Actual resolution is correct (1920x1080) but the rendering is clearly buggered.

Before anyone points this out, Widescreen hack is NOT the cause of this.

Last bunch of revisions introduced so many problems and it's difficult to keep it up testing because mamario's progressive builds are down, so at this moment is not easy to find the exact revision which caused this problem...

Thanks to r7201, the "Invalid call" message no longer appears upon resizing the renderer window.
This means that r7195 was (likely) responsible for this issue.
