Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Load a Game
  2. Try to resume from a Saved Game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game claims that the attached memory card is invalid/not supported.
Tried in Animal Crossing and Pokémon Colloseum, both similar errors.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R1607, X64, Vista SP1 Ultimate
3GB Ram.

Please provide any additional information below.
I suspect that r1601 may be to blame.

In addition, I can open the card in the Mem Card Manager fine, the save games are

I figured it out. MemoryCardA.USA.raw is 0 kilobytes... Do you think this has to do with
my save state problem?

Actions #8

yeah a 0 byte file will not work as a memory card. savestates do not modify memory
card files

Then I guess I'm out of luck.

I figured it out. If you try to save/overwrite a savestate while the ingame save is
saving, it will corrupt your whole memory card file. Thats what happened to me.
