digimon rumble arena 2 some stages are not put thogheter and the emulator crash

What's the problem?
when i play digimon rumble arena 2 in some stages like pier 47 the backround of the stage appears and when the camera moves into the area of the stage there is nothing there just the backround then the emulator closes itself without any error message.

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
was a dump from disc, then compressed uploaded and then downloaded and decompressed.
Please provide any additional information below.
i put a range of SVN R numbers since the problem has never been fixed.
the rom its set to europe but its multi language.
